I love historical fiction! This week's prompt is Books From My Favorite Genre, but good grief, how would one narrow that down?! I feel like I managed last week's tough assignment pretty well, so I'm giving myself permission to expand out and recommend as many titles as possible today.
I have listed these ladies in alphabetical order by last name because how would I ever have decided otherwise?! ❤️️ If you haven't read their books, I hope you'll check them out and just maybe find a new favorite of your own. 😊

Most of Karen's books are set in the early twentieth century, with my favorite of hers being her Vintage National Park novels. Warning: Comes with travel bug.

I love how Camden takes unique tidbits from history and wraps them up in fascinating fiction. This was especially apparent in her recent Empire State series.

Cossette is a new-to-me author in 2019, but wow, she's made an impression with her Cities of Refuge novels. Can't wait for Book 3, releasing next month!

History with a deep dish of romance is Jody's specialty. Alongside her nineteenth century novels, she also writes medieval YA books.

If you like laughing, you'll like Regina's stories. Her characters are endearing and lovable and know how to get into trouble!

I grew up a Jane Austen fan, so Regency books have special appeal. Julie has a long list of such novels - both mysteries and village stories - to choose from.

Another Regency author, Sarah writes strong characters, hints of mystery, and settings that take place all over England.

Nobody writes WWII novels like Sarah! Her well-researched stories leave me feeling both satisfied and educated on all different sides of the war.

I've never read a Roseanna M. White novel I didn't like, whether it was set in Biblical, colonial, or Edwardian/WWI times. That's an accomplishment!

I love how Karen brings so many social issues into western stories that are full of funny situations and characters you'll want to cheer for.
