Becca just recently received a contract for her first full-length novel, but she's got two romantic comedy novellas available for free if you join her newsletter. You should do it! Help a new author and give yourself some laughs.

Melissa's stories have a wonderful quality to them. She makes me laugh, but she also writes characters who touch my heart. I recommend her Enchanted collection if you've never read her before. Plus, Christmas is coming!

There are certain phrases that will send Pepper's readers into gales of laughter. Just try saying "stuck in the mud" or "light my fire" and see what happens. Better yet, check out A Twist of Faith and her other stories to see why they're laughing.

If historical is more your style, Regina's books will certainly keep you in stitches. Her characters know how to get themselves into some real page-turning scrapes and side-splitting situations.

I wouldn't say that Becky's books are primarily funny, but they contain top of the line character quirks and idiosyncrasies so that you can't help but giggle through the romance and mysteries.

I cannot tell you how many times I've recommended Sarah's Sewing in SoCal series. The sewing circle ladies are all beautifully colorful and unique, and I love how Sarah draws them off the page.

Karen's books are comfort reading for me. They always contain such great elements—humor, winning characters, social justice, faith—all while wrapped up with old fashioned Texas charm.

I love the heart and the humor in Tracy's stories. Her Mayberry Family Novellas are full of fun, and she's another author with a free book that comes with signing up for her newsletter.

Now, it's true—I've only read one Angela Ruth Strong book, and that was last week when I laughed (and cried) my way through Husband Auditions, but that one is funny enough on its own to make this list.

I couldn't very well make a list like this without including Ray's books. If you're tired of hearing me yammer on about Flabbergasted and Jay Jarvis without knowing what I'm talking about, just click here and say yes to the adventure. And the smiles!
