Eight Favorite Young Adult Series

I don't read a ton of YA books, but today I'm going to list some that I enjoyed in my own youth and also some of my top choices from recent years.

The Lewis and Clark Squad Series by Stephen Bly
I just love these books! They've got faith, friends, basketball, and adventures. It might be time for a reread. 😊

Krista McGee's contemporary novels
This is a sweet trio of books about girls who attend a Christian school in Florida. They are all standalones, and I enjoyed each one in their own way—First Date, Starring Me, and Right Where I Belong.

The Fairy Tale Romance Series by Melanie Dickerson
These fairy tale retellings cover all your favorite classics. Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, Cinderella, and more! I think the one about Rapunzel might be my favorite. 😊

The Ravenwood Saga by Morgan L. Busse
This fantasy series won me over with its deep themes and great characters. Seven houses divided—what could bring them and their unique giftings together?

The Adventures of Nathan T. Riggins by Stephen Bly
One young man accidentally separated from his parents learns a lot of lessons about life and friendship in the Old West.

The Anomaly Series by Krista McGee
If dystopian is more your thing, here's one with a Christian worldview! Thalli is a little different from everyone else, and when she learns it is a reflection of her Creator, she risks much to learn more.

"Angel Eyes" by Shannon Dittemore
In the style of Frank Peretti, angels and demons battle in the invisible realms—which become visible to Jake and Brielle, two pretty normal teenagers.

The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins
These are not Christian fiction, but they can certainly provoke a lot of thought. How much are you willing to sacrifice in the name of liberty, love, and freedom?
