Happy Birthday to Top Ten Tuesday! Ten years is quite a milestone. To help celebrate, I looked back through the archives for topics I missed before I joined in on these fun weekly posts, and when I saw covers featuring my favorite color, I knew that was the one for me. If you'd like to see the original post and the various links, click here.

My favorite color is blue. 💙 Almost any shade, really. I had a hard time narrowing down these choices, but I didn't want to go on forever, even if we are talking about favorites. 😉😀

Wooing Cadie McCaffrey

Cadie is tired of waiting for Will to propose. After four years together, enough is enough. Does he love her enough to commit to forever?

She gives him one more shot, and in a moment of passion which she is convinced will end with a proposal, they throw away their convictions. Despising herself afterward, Cadie tells Will it's over.

Will isn't ready to give up when he's worked so hard to get to the point of being the man Cadie's parents want him to be. Mounting a relationship rescue operation that would rival anything found in a romance movie, Will forges ahead, refusing to believe he can't win her back.

This was easily my favorite of Bethany Turner's three releases. It covered a lot of real issues and had a solid faith element. I enjoyed the setting and found the characters to be well-rounded. This could have been a novella if only the characters had talked to each other, which is one of my biggest literary pet peeves. Communication goes a long way! Also conservative readers might have a problem with some of the content, though it is never detailed or gratuitous. Just a heads up.

Wooing Cadie McCaffrey is for fans of romantic comedies, and has a wonderful assortment of sports terminology thrown in as well.
