I've been thinking about this idea for a few weeks now, but I was having trouble generating ideas. Once I got the ball rolling, though, you'll see that they multiplied quickly. ðŸ˜Š

Flabbergasted Jay Jarvis from Ray Blackston's "Flabbergasted"
Raise your hand if you knew Jay would be on this list. Okay, that's probably just my sisters. 😉 Flabbergasted is one of those books I read at a very pivotal time in my life, and for me it's steeped in personal meaning and lore. But also, I just love Jay. And Allie. I'd follow her, too.

Emma George Knightley from Jane Austen's "Emma"
Since I was a teenager people have told me I remind them of Mr. Knightley. I take this as a high compliment! His humor, wisdom, and kindness are legendary—I'd love to measure up even in a small way. Because we're so alike, though, if I had to marry an Austen man it would be Henry Tilney. And you know what? I'd follow him, too. 😊

Hunger Games Katniss Everdeen from Suzanne Collins' "The Hunger Games"
Speaking of people I resemble, I feel a kinship with Katniss. We're both big sisters who would—and have—gone to great lengths for our siblings. Our MBTI personalities are twins (or triplets with the above Mr. Knightley), so we have a lot in common. I also have a strange fondness for Haymitch. If he kept his posts clean, I'd follow him, too. 😉

Anne of Green Gables Anne Shirley from Lucy Maud Montgomery's "Anne" series
I'm specifically thinking of Anne's college years here. Wouldn't it be fun to see posts and comments from Anne, Aunt Jamesina, and the gang? They had so many adventures. Anne's daughter Rilla is also one of my favorite literary characters. I'd absolutely follow her, too!

Amelia Bedelia Amelia Bedelia from the childrens book series of the same name
Amelia Bedelia is super literal. You ask her to "dress the chicken" for dinner, and she'll put baby clothes on the bird. I have fond memories of my grandmother reading these books with me. We would laugh so much! And you know another childrens book character who gives me the giggles? Pippi Longstocking! I'd follow her, too.
