My Favorite Bookmarks

I am a bookmark kind of girl. I do not dog-ear pages, or use receipts or spare paper or gum wrappers. However, I'm not into bookmark collecting. These cross-stitched gifts are what I use almost exclusively:

There's no rhyme or reason to which one I'll grab when starting a new book, although for hardbacks I almost always use the middle one, since it's larger. When I travel I use magnetic bookmarks—I have this Scripture set, which was also a gift, and they work great.

Bookmarks are very popular for authors to hand out at events or give as freebies, and while I do have a few of them, it's these cloth ones that make up my regular rotation.
