Who doesn't love looking at a bookshelf full of favorite books? There's something so comforting and grounding about it. I don't have anything against e-readers or audiobooks (I quite enjoy both!), but paperbacks or hardbacks are still more visually pleasing. It's just not the same to put my Kindle on the shelf and pretend I am looking at the hundreds of books it contains. 😉😂
Below is a list of books I've read on Kindle which I'd love to have physical copies of someday.

I have every other full-length novel Regina has published, but somehow I ended up with this one on my e-reader. The story is fantastic with great characters. Once I met Regina at a speaking event and was going to purchase the paperback there, but someone else beat me to the one copy she brought! Life can be rough sometimes. 😉

I adore these three little Christmas novellas set in Melissa's fictional town of Maple Valley, Iowa. They're all fun in their own way, but Leigh and Seb's story in One Enchanted Noel is my favorite. I've read each of these multiple times and no doubt will return again and again during the holiday season.

Here's another great story set in Maple Valley! This is the first in a new series, separate from Melissa's Walker Family books or the Enchanted anthology listed above, although some characters make cameo appearances. If you haven't caught on, Melissa is one of my favorites and if you haven't read her stories, you definitely should. 😁

When this book first landed on my Kindle for review, I put off reading it. Not because I didn't want to read it—no, because I was motivating myself to finish some others first! Sure enough, when I finally opened this one I read the first half in one sitting. Such a delicious story!

Had I discovered this book when I was a teenager, I would have read it over and over. It's a classic that does not get the attention it deserves! A truly beautiful and inspiring tale that resonates today as much as it did when it was released in 1950.

Oh my goodness, Julia and Henry both stole my heart and have yet to give it back. Two introverts healing from heartache and disillusionment. This beautiful story about overcoming broken circumstances really spoke to me.

I've been blown away by Connilyn Cossette's Biblical fiction. Her Out of Egypt series is good, but this Cities of Refuge series is phenomenal! It brings to life such a unique portion of Israel's history and focuses on a fascinating gift of mercy that God gave the accidental manslayer.

In a book not dissimilar to When You Look At Me, two broken people hiding out from the world find that maybe—just maybe—joy and healing can come into their lives through relationship with one another. A real gentle story that I would highly recommend.
