The first half of 2019 brought us so many wonderful new releases! It's been a race to keep up with all of them. 😊 This list contains some beyond my normal reading genres, but also some from favorites that I can't wait to check out.

I have loved Cossette's "Cities of Refuge" series, and I'm excited for this third book! Such a great time in Biblical history coming to life in captivating ways.

Aussie author Jessica Kate will make her debut. I enjoy listening to Jess on The StoryNerds podcast so I'm hoping to give this one a try even if it's not what I normally read.

Speaking of pressing beyond comfort genres, romantic suspense isn't what I'm naturally drawn to. I've enjoyed what I've read from Pettrey before, though, and this is a brand new series, so it's a good time to try her again.

I adored Siri Mitchell's writing when she was publishing historicals. Now she's back after several years and she's expanding into the suspense genre. My, my! Maybe between Mitchell and Pettrey I'll be hooked.

Elizabeth Camden begins a new series, and I've no doubt it will be full of everything I appreciate about her writing: well-researched history and characters that grab your heart.

I've never read Regina Scott before, but I've loved Karen Barnett's Vintage National Parks novels and this one looks to be in a similar vein. Plus the gorgeous cover is huge draw!

YouTube stars Rhett & Link are releasing a novel. I can't wait to see how their zany creativity spills over onto the page!

It's the Fort Reno series conclusion, and the Oklahoma Land Run is coming quickly. Will the major's prim and proper daughter try to stake a claim for herself? I'm excited to visit these characters again.

It's a new book from Julie Klassen! I have to admit I know nothing about this story except for the author, but that's enough for me. She's earned the trust of Regency fans everywhere.

Another Hagenheim novel will be hitting bookstore shelves before the end of the year! It's fun to have followed this family so long. This fairy tale retelling will focus on the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin.
