Six Books That Made Me Cry - And I Can't Remember Why

Do you cry while reading? I don't too often, but I have an entire shelf on Goodreads dedicated to books that made me cry. When I peruse it, some of the reasons I cried return easily to my mind. For example, the last book that me cry was Angela Ruth Strong's Husband Auditions. A single woman afraid the man she likes won't commit—oh yeah, that hit me square in the feelings. With other books, I can remember a character's death or another poignant scene which drew out the tears. But some leave me wondering. Why did I cry? All of these are books I remember fondly, but I guess I'll have to read them again to remember the reason they brought out the waterworks.

I have not read any of these but have read others by Cynthia Ruchti. She is one I want to read ALL of her books. Have a great week! https://cindysbookcorner.blogspot.com/2022/03/top-ten-tuesday-books-ive-never.html
